The 17th Annual Workshop of the International Society for the History and Theory of Intellectual Property (ISHTIP) will take place on 25 and 26 June 2026 and it will be hosted by the Faculty of Law, University of São Paulo, Brazil.
The annual theme will be: Intellectual Property and Democracy.
